“You’ve never had a massage until you’ve experienced our unique approach.”
Our massage therapist is uniquely specialized to address and correct muscle imbalance, muscle injury and spasm, myofascial issues, and inflammation. Her approach is very different than most therapists in that her focus is to determine the specific causes of our patient’s concerns, and then to treat those causes with a variety of massage modalities. Most massage therapists use a general massage protocol that is the same for everyone. But because of the unique specialties of our therapist, her approach, while treating the whole body, focuses on correcting specific muscle issues that are unique to each individual patient.
You just have to experience it for yourself!

She has pursued further education a variety of massage therapy techniques and is currently seeking her Bachelor's of Exercise Science with an emphasis is Sports Medicine and Sports Psychology while working on her pre-medical requirements to become an Osteopathic Physician. Few massage therapists understand the specific issues that sports and injuries present themselves in the body as well as her.
Depending on the type of sport practiced, or types of injuries, she customizes every massage experience for each individual client. This includes a variance in pressure as deep or as light as the client needs.
Holly is Intuitive and nurturing, and her massage style is Therapeutic and detailed. She has a unique style of combining long strokes of Swedish, and Deep Sports and Injury-specific work. She utilizes Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular, Trigger Point Therapy and Positional Release Therapy. These combined relaxing strokes plus deep stretches in specific areas are used to addresses chronic pain patterns and syndromes and help the body let go of long-held tension patterns and ease restrictions in range of motion of the joints.
Holly's newest technique is Cupping and Gua Sha. These are the most effective deep tissue manipulations and necessary to relieve deeper problems, older injuries, or scar tissue. These metal or crystal tools and glass cups are used to relieve pain by pulling gently on the attachments of the muscles and fascia.
Other unique healing modalities Holly posesses are Traditional Chinese approaches such as Tui Na, Shiatsu, Energy work, Auriculotherapy and hand and foot Reflexology.
Through massage therapy, Holly has been able to help her clients find relief and a deeper connection with their own body. She believes that the connection and awareness of our bodies is closely tied to physical, emotional and mental health.
In her spare time, Holly enjoys yoga, meditation, making healthy meals and snacks, fishing, biking, and training for events such as the Spartan Race and Triathlons.
